used to get in shape for the “ROCKY” films. Dr . Martin was OBESE almost 20
years ago-and knows what it takes to get lean and STAY THAT WAY.
- Dr. Martin has designed a FAT LOSS program to help YOU get in the best
shape possible.
- You can expect to lose FAT and Inches-as well as Pounds on the scale.
- You will be educated on how your body works and what exercises work for
FAT LOSS and which one’s do not.
- This is NOT a FAST or EASY Weight Loss Program like you have seen for
DECADES.
- This is a FAT LOSS PROGRAM.
- This Program is based on Science and is not EASY or FAST
- You will be required to STUDY and then APPLY the knowledge you learn.
- You will be required to learn what EXERCISES to do-and then Do them.
- The program covers adults and children age 5 and older.

#4: Then attend one of the Fat Loss exercise class's I offer twice/week.
